These Terms apply to all users, including visitors, registered users, licensed customers, and institutional users. If you use Lurna on behalf of a school, company, or other entity, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

All materials available on Lurna — including, but not limited to, notes, flashcards, AI-generated study guides, videos, graphics, and documents (“Content”) — are the property of Lurna, Inc. or its licensors, and protected under intellectual property laws.
You may access and use Content solely for personal, educational, non-commercial purposes.

Prohibited uses include, but are not limited to:

Lurna provides AI-powered tools to enhance learning. By using these features, you acknowledge and agree that:

Dispute Resolution & Arbitration

We encourage resolving disputes informally. If unresolved, disputes will be handled by binding arbitration under the laws of Minneapolis, United States.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Lurna provides all materials and services “as is”, without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that:

Downtime, maintenance, or unforeseen technical issues may occur. Lurna is not liable for interruptions, loss of data, or damages caused by outages.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lurna and its affiliates are not liable for:
